Hands down....

this is the coolest 9 year old boy I have ever met. I could go on and on and on about this kid...he is smart, sweet, polite, funny, sweet, and driven. I love him like my own...we did these pictures for his birthday and I plan on getting one of these blown up as a poster for him (which I am very late in doing *sigh*). These are just a few shots that I fell in love with...this is the kind of boy I want for my girls...and he is Karlee's self appointed "boyfriend" if you were to ask her...I think she has amazing taste :)

365 Challenge

Happy New Year!!! Is there anyone out there still reading my blog???? I cannot believe how neglected it has been but I am ready to get back into the swing of things. One of the New Years goals I set for myself this year is to take a photo a day as a way to document every day life around here. My goal is to put these in a cool rolodex-type holder and create a little mini page for each day with my photo. I also plan on posting these photos here (hopefully it is not too boring!) but I think it will be a very cool thing to look at especially towards the end of the year....I feel like time goes by so fast I just want to remember the little things about our every day life...anyway, that is all to report for now! Happy New Year to you all....oh, and anyone waiting for a late Christmas card from me will actually be receiving a New Years card instead...I hope :)
